1) Why use Horse Connect? Our web site is fully searchable, enabling you to find your ideal horse more easily. You do not need to create an account to advertise with us – this makes advertising quicker and you do not need to provide us with all your personal details. We also provide a premier service at a committed lower cost, and have special offers every month to save you money. 2) How much does it cost to advertise on Horse Connect? Advert prices depend on the advert category. Adverts are currently FREE until July 2008!! 3) How do I advertise on Horse Connect? Click on ‘advertise’ on the left hand menu and then click on the correct category for your advert. Fill in and submit the form and you will then be taken through to the secure payment site. 4) When will my advert appear on the web site? Horse Connect aims to publish all adverts within 12 hours of submission. 5) How long will my advert appear on the website for? All adverts remain on the site for 6 weeks. 6) How many pictures can I have on my advert? Each advert can hold a maximum of four pictures (please note the total file size must not exceed 10mb). 7) Why don’t my pictures appear on my advert? If you submitted pictures with your advert but they do not appear on the website, it is probably because the files were too large. We will contact you and you can then email pictures to us which we will resize and upload to your advert. 8) How do I edit my advert? When you place an advert, you will receive an email when it is published on the web site. This email contains a unique reference number. To edit your advert at any time, simply contact us with the desired changes, quoting your reference number. We will then edit your advert accordingly, at no extra charge. 9) What happens when my horse is sold? When you sell your horse, simply inform us and we will mark as ‘SOLD’ and remove your details. 10) Is the payment system secure? Yes. To pay for your advert, you are transferred through to a secure web site of HSBC bank. All payments go through this system.
